Exchanges/Returns

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, in the original packaging and be in the same condition that it was shipped within 30 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To ensure item(s) return, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item(s) over $75. We do not refund lost or stolen items. 

If purchase is beyond 30 days, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at gladiusfg@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA include it on a copy of the receipt and send the package to: P.O. Box 11416 Torrance California US 90510.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are an incorrect item, defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, send us an email at gladiusfg@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA include it on a copy of the receipt and send your item to: P.O. Box 11416 Torrance California US 90510.

Gladius Fencing Gear will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Processing Refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
